Putting a child in the care of a stranger is one of the most difficult decisions for a mother. A worry if a stranger would be vigilant enough to protect the child from many dangers that await everywhere? Is a nanny going to look after our precious in a proper way? Is the child going to be kept safe from any harm? Will a nanny stimulate the development of the child? These doubts tend to worry us while choosing a nanny.
We are here to help you in this difficult moment.
The Polish Care Centre was established with the idea of providing a child with the best possible care when mum is not around. All nannies that we recommend have gone through a thorough selection process, which – according to the parents' different expectations and their financial capabilities – was divided into several stages. It means everybody can choose the most suitable option of services offered.
STANDARD OPTION
Interview and reference checking
Each nanny recommended by our Centre is interviewed and obliged to provide us with documents that confirm her identity, education and previous work experience. Moreover, our consultants evaluate her motives for taking up a job and the candidate's general knowledge of educational methods and the development of a child. After a potential nanny has passed this stage, our employees contact her previous employers in order to verify her qualities, such as: honesty, lack of addictions, punctuality, attention to personal hygiene, relations with other colleagues, etc. After the nanny has obtained satisfactory references, she is added to the Polish Care Centre database.
PREMIUM I OPTION
Standard option + psychological analysis
For those parents who are more wary and demanding, we offer an additional service. It is possible to put the chosen nanny through a psychological analysis. By employing psychological tests and a direct interview, the psychologists that cooperate with the Centre can evaluate the emotional stability of the chosen candidate. Such evaluation gives parents who leave their child in a new nanny's care a deeper sense of security.
PREMIUM II OPTION
Standard option + training course in child nursing and giving first aid in emergency situations
For parents who want to make sure that the nanny of their choice knows how to behave in case something happens while looking after a child (e.g. choking, burn, insect or animal bite), we can arrange sending a nanny on a training course „Safe Nanny”, organized by our Centre.
EXTRA PREMIUM OPTION
Standard option + Psychological Analysis + Safe Nanny Course
Who are our nannies?
Nannies recommended by us are young, imaginative students of psychology and pedagogy, as well as elder ladies with years of experience in jobs such as midwives, nurses, nursery school teachers and teachers. We also recommend nannies who are not formally qualified, but show a lot of devotion, warmth and love towards children.
